Donna, our patient coordinator, has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She graduated from The Medix School as a Certified Dental Assistant in 1992. She was an orthodontic assistant before transitioning to the front office. She has been working for Dr. Jackson since January 2010. In her spare time, Donna enjoys the beach, gardening and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

 

 

 

Leasa, our office manager, has been in the dental field for over 30 years and has seen many exciting changes take place in dentistry. She has been working for Dr. Jackson since January 2009. Leasa has two grown children she enjoys spending time with, and a grandson, who is the love of her life. Leasa’s other interests include reading, gardening, hanging out with her family and friends, scrapbooking and traveling.

 

 



 

Wendy graduated from New York City Technical College in 1992 with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She also holds advanced degrees in Community Health & Health Care Policy. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, live jazz and as a native New Yorker, she definitely enjoys Maryland steamed crabs!


 

  

  

 

 

 

 graduated from Community College of Baltimore County in 2017 with her degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She also has her license in Local Anesthesia. 
In Dimi’s spare time she loves to travel, listen to music along with reading

 

 

 

 

 

Melissa graduated from the dental assistant program at YTI. She plans to further her career by becoming a board certified expanded function dental assistant. She enjoys helping patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles! In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her children and friends!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Dr. Jackson, your office is very clean and welcoming. Your staff is very kind and friendly. They know you as a person, not just another patient. I used to fear going to see a dentist, but the people in your office make me feel comfortable and willing to come back. Each treatment that I have had, you explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and answered all my questions. And when you allow me to listen to my Ipod while in your care, I feel safe and relaxed. I look forward to coming in to have work done (even though I can't wait for the end result!!!). I don't have to wait long before being seen and in some cases, go right in. I leave with explicit instructions on what to do after my procedure. In some instances, Dr. Jackson himself makes a follow-up call to me to make sure I'm ok. The work that is done stays done.

I love how friendly and professional everyone is. From the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Jackson. I don't think I have ever been so happy with any type of business before. Not only do they exceed the mark in that way, but they are so knowledgable and proactive and you never have to wonder about anything. They really are on top of their game. From the follow up call from Dr. Jackson the evening of my appointment for my crown to the email and text reminders for my follow up appointments, I couldn't ask for anything more. I love it there! I travel 45 minutes just to continue to use them as my dentist.

Dr. Jackson has a good bedside manner. He managed to ease me through all my major dental work over the past 2-3 years. I don't think I've seen a dentist that long in my life as I'd disappear after traumatic procedures. I can finally say, I have no real problems for the first time in over 2 decades thanks to Dr. Jackson. His office staff is lovely as well!

Everyone treats you like they are part of your family. It doesn't feel like a 'dentist' office environment usually does. i don't get butterflies in my stomach or nervous because I know that everything is going to be done at the highest professional level and with great care and pride in workmanship.
